Start with specifications
Share the jewelry type, metal, dimensions, diamond or gemstone preference, ring size or chain length, inspiration, budget, and deadline. Clear inputs reduce revisions and vague pricing.
Review CAD as a technical approval
Check proportions, setting height, stone layout, prongs, engraving, comfort, durability, and wedding-band fit. Ask questions before production because later changes may require new labor or materials.
Confirm diamond documentation
For GIA or IGI certified diamonds, compare the report number, measurements, grades, and inscription where available. Balance paper specifications with visual performance and setting compatibility.
Understand the order path
Before paying, review the quote, deposit, promotion rules, financing eligibility, custom-order limitations, production estimate, warranty support, and insured delivery arrangements.
